Is Stress A Zero-Sum Game?

Is stress neither created nor destroyed? Is there a conservation of stress that never sees it increased or decreasely globally but merely transferred?

I wonder stuff like this when I’m stressed, I worry that venting won’t really make it better, just transfer the stress to someone else and that isn’t very nice if it’s the case.

Anyways, I am profoundly tired.

That is all.

Stress must follow the rules of conservation, but you can convert it to something else, like the way you can break down water to hydrogen and oxygen; so vent and let it be converted. You may need a bit of frustration as a catalyst to get the venting going.

    Makes perfect sense to me.

I would like to convert my stress into candy, how would this be accomplished? :p

Converting it to candy is a tricky game, like transmuting lead into gold. Unlike that alchemy, candy is possible. First you need to convert your stress into depression. Not a tough task. After that, tell your story to a confectioner, he should give you candy. I should warn you, the confectioner might not give you candy and you could be stuck with a whole lot of depression. Luckily, they have drugs that convert depression directly to happiness.
