Computer Dilemma
I spent a good portion of the other day looking into computer options. Dell seems to be the only place selling XP PCs but that’s alright as they were top rated by PC World recently. It’s not so much a question of where or what but when and what options. This isn’t the best time for me financially, what with having bought my new wicked awesome PDA recently.
There is a deadline looming though, Microsoft won’t let retailers sell XP after June 30th and by all accounts Vista is something to skip. It seems the drive behind Vista was security but the drive behind Windows 7 is efficiency - using less power and memory specifically.
