Racism
It may have been only a matter of time before this became an issue in the campaign but who would have predicted it would be the only woman ever to run for Vice President? From the same party no less?
She claims the only reason Obama has been successful is because of his race. This is the very definition of racism.
Some people, very few mind you, suggest she meant because it’s an historic campaign but if you look back she used to say the exact same thing about Jesse Jackson. This establishes a pattern of marginalizing black candidates based on their race.
Hillary’s response? “We disagree” in a brief statement issued by someone in her campaign. What happened to rejecting and denouncing such comments? When she called on Barack to do so it wasn’t even regarding someone involved with his campaign but when someone on her team does it different rules apply?
Haven’t African Americans suffered as much as the Jews at the hands of racism in the United States?
I guess for Hillary Clinton racism is only serious when it happens to people who look like her.
