Father’s Day Complications

Balls.

Remember how I suggested 4 different potential Father’s Day activities? It seems all 4 have been struck down by one means or another. Cultus and Splashdown were cut down by the forecast which currently predicts a High of 15°C, a Low of 12°C (officially cold by my figuring), Rain with a POP of 100%. Laser tag eliminated because the baby can’t participate. The movie vetoed. I don’t mean to sound negative but it almost kind of makes me wish I hadn’t been asked.

Bowling was suggested which I guess would be alright so long as it’s 10 pin and not at Revs. I’ve been trying to think of other ideas and I haven’t gotten very far vis-a-vis things I’d like to do. The current attractions at Science World and CN Imax don’t interest me. A day or even weekend trip to Seattle or Victoria might be nice. Seattle is expecting cloudy with showers on Saturday and cloudy periods on Sunday. Victoria is expecting scattered showers on Saturday and rain on Sunday. Or maybe some mini golf at Castle Fun Park? Any other ideas?
