Reluctant Surprise
So it seems that in order to know the gender of my child in advance it would require $100 for a procedure that isn’t medically necessary. So it looks like we’re going the surprise route. She thinks it’s a girl, I refuse to have an opinion.
Also looking in to registration the places we (I?) want to register at require a delivery address so it looks like we’ll need to sort the apartment situation out before y’all can start bombarding us with gifts.
It also appears that Julian has taken an insurmountable lead in the popular vote so we’re ready to call the vote for male first name. My blog is predicting a win for Julian, the male first name representative from the state of poached-from-Jon.
However the election for middle name is still too close to call. Polls are still open and there seemed to be a consensus among pundits that the outcome of this election would be tied to the results of the race for first name. So ultimately it seems up to west coast voters to choose between Julian Louis and Julian Joseph. Julian Neil is running as an independent.
Several names have formed exploratory committees to investigate the possibility of running for female middle name but it is too soon to say who it will come down to.
