Performance Review
Wow, I was sweating over nothing. I mean it’s not like I’ve had any serious problems but I was expecting some criticism. Basically what it boiled down to was “you did better than expected across the board, and we had pretty high expectations for you as it was given your background and prior accomplishments, and management all the way up to the CEO have noticed, is there anything else we can do to help you?“. I was the only one who had anything critical to say about me and she disagreed with most of it!
No word on the raise yet.
Might get on the food list this year though, we both had a chuckle when I brought that up.
