Grazing Rites

I really don’t get my staff sometimes. They wow me with their brilliance one moment and then shock me with irresponsibility the next. They perform herculean feats for a weekend and are criminally lazy for a week.

Now don’t get me wrong, I’ve got a great team. By and large the disappointing behavior is the exception and not the rule but when it comes it comes in groups.

Again for the most part my team is brilliant and hard working but every now and then they make me shake my head.

And before you judge me too harshly for the title of this entry know that it’s a quote, if you don’t get the reference then don’t jump to any conclusions.
